    Cheese Production Leads Minhajul Akash to Be Stable Financially

    Minhajul Akash, a twenty-year-old undergraduate student and entrepreneur from the Austagram upazila of Kishoreganj, has become self-sufficient through cheese (locally termed Paneer) production for years.

    Austagram, a lovely haor upazila in Kishoreganj, has been well-known for its handcrafted artisanal cheese for more than 300 years since the Mughal dynasty. There are more than 2000 kinds of cheese across the globe. However, the Austagram cheese, which is salty, white, soft, and nutritious, has received popularity throughout the country.
